- Copies of everything you signed
Not Included
- Your county's fee. Permanent is free, temporary is $15.
- A guaranteed permit
- Ongoing care
The doctors are paid the same whether or not you are certified. It is the reason the answer is worth something.
Refunds
The fee is earned when the doctor evaluates your case, not when you pay.
