Common questions

Good to know

Is this the DMV?

No. We’re a private medical service. An Idaho-licensed doctor fills in the medical part of form ITD 3392. ITD issues your placard.

How much is it, and when am I charged?

The check is free. The doctor’s visit is $119. You add a payment method, and it’s charged one hour before your video call.

Do I need my surgeon’s notes?

No, but they help. Add them if you have them.

Do I have to do a video call?

Yes. In Idaho the doctor sees you on video, 5 to 10 minutes. You need to be in Idaho during the call. Family can set it up and sit with you.

How soon can I be seen?

You pick the time. The earliest is about 4 hours after you book, and most times are open within 3 days. Times are shown in Mountain time.

What if the doctor says no?

You’ll get a short written note explaining why. The $119 pays for the doctor’s time to evaluate you, so it isn’t refunded. See our Refund Policy.
