We Are Open in Florida, and Only in Florida
Telehealth is regulated state by state. A doctor may evaluate you only if they hold a license in the state where you are at the time, and ours hold Florida licenses.
What That Means in Practice
- If you live in Florida, we can help.
- If you live elsewhere but will be in Florida when your evaluation happens, we can help.
- If you live elsewhere and will be there, we cannot, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Every state has its own form, its own criteria and its own list of who may sign. Opening a new state is a sequence rather than a switch, and we would rather do it properly than quickly.

In the Meantime
Your own doctor can complete your state's form, and that is usually the fastest route. Your state's motor vehicle agency publishes the form and the criteria; searching for your state's name and "disabled parking permit application" will find both.
