Who this is for

You may be eligible to book an evaluation if any of the following apply:

  • A recent operation that has affected your ability to walk more than 200 feet without resting
  • A procedure with a recovery period during which mobility is limited
  • A temporary need for accessible parking while you heal

Because this permit is temporary, the evaluation focuses on your current recovery. Your doctor determines the appropriate period.

What the fee covers

The $119 pays for the doctor's clinical evaluation, not the outcome. Our doctors are paid the same whether they certify you or not.

Certification is a clinical decision made during your visit and is not guaranteed.
