Florida permits run four years. Depending on your permit and your county, renewing can need a fresh certification dated within the last 12 months.

Florida law requires the patient to be in the state during the visit. Our doctors are licensed here.

$119 is charged 24 hours before your visit. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. One charge, no subscription.
Florida's criteria are about a limitation that is still there. If walking has improved a lot, a doctor may well decide the criteria are no longer met, and we would rather tell you that now than take $119 to tell you later.
If you are unsure, or if it varies day to day, a visit is still worth booking. The doctor decides, not the form.

If you have moved out of Florida permanently, you will need a practitioner licensed where you now live. We currently serve Florida only.
