That happens a lot. Some offices don’t do parking forms. Some make you wait weeks. Our doctor uses New Hampshire’s own rules, printed right on the form.

Common questions

Good to know

Is this the DMV?

No. We’re a private medical service. A New Hampshire-licensed doctor fills in the medical part of form RDMV 130. NH DMV issues your placard.

How much is it, and when am I charged?

The check is free. The doctor’s visit is $119. You add a payment method, and it’s charged one hour before your video call.

Do I have to do a video call?

Yes. In New Hampshire the doctor sees you on video, 5 to 10 minutes. You need to be in New Hampshire during the call. Family can set it up and sit with you.

How soon can I be seen?

You pick the time. The earliest is about 4 hours after you book, and most times are open within 3 days. Times are shown in Eastern time.

Do I need medical records?

No. If you have records, they help. If you don’t, you can still be seen.

What if the doctor says no?

You’ll get a short written note explaining why. The $119 pays for the doctor’s time to evaluate you, so it isn’t refunded. See our Refund Policy.
